External authorization service problem | Make sure that the charging unit is online. Reboot the charging unit. If necessary, contact Epiroc Technical support. | |
Problem with vehicle authorization or vehicle communication fails | Read ChargEye error messages. Try again a few times. If necessary, contact Epiroc Technical support. | |
Low charging power | Connector overheated | Check the connector temperature from ChargEye. Allow to cool and try again. |
